  • Wine rivers in Latvian shores

    Latvian wine lovers wouldespecially appreciate June middle and there is a reason for that! Traditional Wine Fest is taking place in Riga this month. This year it was already a 16th time when during two days people had possibility to taste this gorgeous drink, promoted by many poets in all its varieties. Wine fest usually attracts thousands of people, as it is a real holiday- and it cannot be in other way: white, rose, red, sparkling, sec, sweet wines are running on cozy streets and court yards of Conventa Seta in the old town of Riga.

  • Children's World 2012

    From 25th to 27th May the 6th exhibition "Children's World 2012” in Kipsala International Exhibition Centre was held by offering valuable information for families, a wide assortment of children’s products and a lot of leisure activities where more than 150 companies shared their ideas and products. In Kipsala the would-be parents were able to prepare for the „great event” and purchase all the necessary products for baby’s feeding, bathing, dressing, traveling, safety, play and good sleep. Pregnant women could choose the best cosmetics, underwear, clothing and hygiene products. In turn the parents and grandparents had a possibility to do the quality check of different products and acquire the most suitable ones.

    The 15th Wine Festival took place in the very heart of the Old Riga city during two jolly sunny June days. It’s an amazing tradition – to taste this noble drink in all of it’s diversity in the beginning of June.
